surprising, surprising, surprising
I was very surprised to find this accommodation was a favorite of ours! The room was pristine, and the bed was the most comfy I've ever slept in. Everything was clean and it felt safe during our one night stay.
totally recommend 😊❤️

I thoroughly enjoyed awesome location and how the place is fairly clean. The staff was amicable, helped me a lot. It had very comfy beds. The vibe here was quiet. Could use their overnight parking. I had VERY GOOD days staying at this small hotel.

The hot dogs at Brownlows Inn were great, perfectly grilled and bursting with flavor. Plus, the room was pristine and the staff were lovely and accommodating. With stellar bars and restaurants like Chy Liverpool and the Smoky Grill just a stone's throw away, I was spoilt for choice!
Shelling out a £50 cash deposit caught me off guard, and the bathroom could've used a bit more love-found some black mould and leftover hair. The check-out dash was a bit mismanaged too. I was left hanging for a good 15 minutes for someone to come up. The front door being unlocked was a bit iffy for security in the town centre.

Had a decent stay! The room was super clean and cozy. The location couldn’t be better-right by a City Sight-Seeing bus stop! Just a heads up about the cash deposit. Didn’t see that in the fine print.

Location perfect for exploring Liverpool's attractions.
The room was suffocatingly small and poorly cleaned. Frequent noise disturbances made it hard to sleep. The check-in process was confusing, involving a cash deposit I wasn't aware of.

The room was clean and had basic amenities, just fine for a short stay. A notable feature is the drinks machine in the downstairs hall, though it could have been better stocked.
You might want to think twice about staying here if you value comfort. There's no kettle or hairdryer in the room, which pretty much eliminates the option for a proper morning coffee. Instead, you'll find a drinks machine that's often empty-an inconvenience when you're desperate for a drink. The noise levels were a nuisance. A neighbor left at 5:30 AM, made for an unwelcome wake-up call. They check the room after you leave, which adds an unnecessary step to your exit. The experience felt lacking for what you might expect.

I stayed in a Budget Double Room for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious, and the shower was super powerful! Plus, the super nice team, even letting us check out late for an extra fee. It was just a quick walk to Anfield, a huge bonus for us. Really good value for the money!

Staff interaction stood out, particularly with James, who exuded warmth and authenticity. The location is unbeatable, right near key transport links. The lack of a kettle in the room was a disappointment, along with noise disturbances that affected sleep quality. A lack of punctual assistance during check-out marred the experience somewhat.

Perfect spot for exploring!
The location was spot on for getting around Liverpool, just a quick stroll to many attractions. The staff were super chill and friendly. I enjoyed a pint in the cozy bar area, but the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty at times, annoying when trying to plan my next day.

I stayed 1 night and would stay here again when visiting the United Kingdom. There were very clean beds and central heating, a TV set, and a private entrance inside the room. - the location couldn't be more convenient to all the entertainment you need.
